Don't paint me black when I used to be golden. 🌙

kyleconner1234 asked: Recently, the FDA launched new studies to investigate the long-term safety of the inks, including what happens when they break down in the body or interact with light. Research already has shown that tattoo inks can migrate into people’s lymph nodes. I guess getting cancer is a new fashion statement but i certainly shows

No if this study was proven then it would be all over the news and it would come with a health warning like fags. People have been getting tattooed for thousands of years so instead of getting at peoples body art which they enjoy and find a way of self expression go rant about some real issues like poverty or global warming. The amount of things that are supposed to ‘give us cancer’ even smokers can live their entire lives without getting it, it’s all about chance.

Anonymous asked: The PAHs in the blacl tattoo inks include benzo(a)pyrene, which was identified in an Environmental Protection Agency toxicity report as "among the most potent and well-documented skin carcinogens." It is so potent that it is routinely used in animal tests to grow tumors. Also, it has been linked to skin cancer in shale oil workers, and the EPA has classified it as a probable human carcinogen.
